When I call sometimes, they act surprised.

It bothers me that I take the time to reply to their inquiry and they do not even acknowledge it. I feel that most of the clients are not serious about their projects. She is very prompt to reply all of my questions. , my sales rep has made all the difference and always convinces me to keep renewing the membership.

I think that the idea is to pay more to get more areas but so far, I have not been able to the money I have invested in Houzz. The program is good but in the 4 years I have been paying I have only had 1 prospective client become a client and completed a project.
